Freya is an experienced Resourcing and Talent Specialist with a strong track record in shaping and delivering recruitment and talent strategies. With over a decade of experience in commercial recruitment, both in the UK and internationally, Freya brings a blend of hands-on delivery and big-picture insight to every project.
CIPD (Level 3) and CertRP qualified, Freya also holds postgraduate certificates in Organisational Psychology and the Psychology of Social Bias. She is accredited through Saville Assessments as a Test User in Swift Occupational Ability and Wave Occupational Personality, adding real depth to her work and helping organisations make confident, evidence-based hiring decisions.
Freya has partnered with SMEs, mid-sized businesses and large organisations across sectors including financial services, engineering, property, construction, FMCG and professional services. She thrives on building strong client relationships and supporting hiring managers to design recruitment strategies that balance immediate hiring needs with long-term retention and growth. Alongside this, she supports clients with salary and reward benchmarking as well as broader culture projects, helping them stay competitive, fair and future-ready.
As part of Fitzgerald’s EDI committee, Freya is passionate about creating inclusive recruitment processes, which help businesses attract, engage and retain high-calibre talent while ensuring a positive and lasting candidate experience.
